Description
Offset design for easy access in difficult areas. Used to expand narrow alveolar bone for implant surgery.
First, make alveolar bone fracture with bone chesel, and then use spreader for expanding.
T-bar designed handle will be very helpful to transmit power.
Procedure of use:
1) Cut alveolar bone using the saw disc drill.
2) Malleting the spreader at the incisor site, and decide how deeply you need to put the spreader according to the size of the implant fixture.
3) Sway the spreader back and forth to expand the incision site.
4) Twist the spreader to expand the incision bone wider.
