DURA-VIT PTERYGO
Pterygoid implants have evolved, growing in use in the treatment of patients with a limited bone availability in the maxilla. The B&B Dental pterygoid implant has been developed to anchor itself in the pterygomascellar bone, expanding the choice of dentists by offering a practical solution to their clinical needs. The B&B Dental Pterygoid line is equipped with drills (for conventional and guided surgery), keys and components that provide optimal use and functionalization. The pterygoid line continues the B&B Dental philosophy, providing the connection that characterizes most of the lines (3P, EV, wide) and offering the convenience of using the same components. The 5° conical connection eliminates any micromovements thanks to the stabilization provided by the cold welding between the components, limiting the possibility of breakage of the screw, while the hexagon permits the directionality of the abutments thereby facilitating the prosthesis.
