DURAVIT 3P Implants differ from other of B&B Dental implants for their revolutionary triple thread body the only one on its kind, facilitating full implant body insertion compared to conventional implants. The thread has a special 60° beveled profile, with shape, angle, and depth specially designed to increase the bone contact surface and reduce invasiveness, thus improving the osseointegration process.
It is further characterized by its self-tapping system. The design of the DURAVIT 3P implant includes a triple apex groove with a special oblique cutting section for “self-tapping” the bone during placement, which simultaneously serves to prevent any pressure-related trauma. Finally, the apex is defined as “bone friendly”, because its shape is designed to lift the maxillary sinus membrane, avoiding the risk of perforation.
